These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Left Right mobile application ("the App") provided by Allora Foundry ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Left Right is a photo-library management tool that helps you review, keep, or delete photos on your device using directional swipe gestures. All decisions execute locally on your device.
Your photos and videos remain yours at all times. The App reads media from your device only to display it to you. We do not upload, store, or transmit your media to any server.
The App requests photo library access to function. You may revoke this permission at any time in your device settings, though the App will not function without it.
When you confirm deletion, media is moved to your device's system trash (Recently Deleted) and then permanently removed on your device's schedule. We cannot recover deleted media on your behalf.
Optional paid features are billed through the Google Play Store. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled by Google under their standard policies.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or use the App to process media you do not have the right to manage.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost media, storage claims, or indirect damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
